      Education is always a priority. You are admirable of how far you’ve come in a year. Life is one-second, one minute, one hour, and finally one day at a time, especially surviving what you have!

    I agree. It is so important to educate yourself on the medications you are taking. I do not agree that anything over the counter is safe. Many abuse these medications thinking they can not harm you.

      You are right. All medications can be dangerous, and that includes everything over the counter. The wrong combinations can be fatal. Anything we put into our bodies can have dangerous. The ideal situation would be NO medications in excellent health and the least amount is best with chronic conditions. More is NOT better! Alternative ways of healing are beneficial and should be explored.
