Service dogs and veterans

17 Jan

Short video on service dogs and veterans.  Dogs are known to be therapeutic with those suffering physical or mental illness.  They also add to pleasurable days for everyone.  Having a pet is a healthy choice! All dogs regardless of breed or schooling … are service dogs in their own right!

Service dogs identify a need by the handler, and both need to be respected by the public.  People should be cautiously aware the handler is challenged and needs assistance.

I like to think all dogs are “service” dogs in some way. My boys sure know how to pull me out of my depression when I fall into it deep.

You are right! Every dog is a “service dog”. Some are just trained differently and can go every where. Others go nearly every where because they want and we love to take them! It’s optional for most of us. I guess our dogs are called “pets” otherwise as “service dogs” within our families! Dogs are simply the best and are helpful in so many ways! Dogs definitely help improve our health! We can always count on our dogs!
